Pool
The pool opens Memorial Day weekend.
​Hours: Daily 9AM to 9PM
Social Room
​The social room is available for use by both renters, and condo owners. A deposit is required however to ensure the area is well cared for.
Landscaping
Bids are gathered yearly by local landscaping companies to keep the Chalet grounds in sound condition.
In addition, many residents contribute by planting their own tasteful flora in potted planters around their patios, and help with those around the pool area.
