Listed below are commonly asked questions on a variety of topics affecting both owners and renters alike at the Chalet Condominium Association. If you have a question that is not answered below, please submit the contact form and our staff will contact you at their earliest convenience!
When is Trash Day?
Trash is to be set out every Tuesday after 2PM to be picked up on Wednesday mornings. Recycling is picked up the first and third weeks of every month, so please only set out recycling on those dates. In addition, the trash receptacles are to be removed from the curb by 5PM the following day.
When does the pool open?
The pool will always try to be prepped and ready to be open Memorial day weekend. A key is required and all guests are to be accompanied by a current resident/owner. Pool hours: 9AM to 9PM.
What are the pool rules?

Gate must be closed and locked at all times.

No animals in pool area.

No running inside pool area.

All liquids must be in unbreakable containers. NO GLASS

No boisterous behavior or foul and abusive language in pool area.

Maximum 4 guests at a time.

Chalet residents must accompany guests at all times.

Gate keys may not be given to non-residents or guests.

Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult 17 or older.

Only swim diapers allowed.

Out of consideration for others, radios must be kept at low levels for individual listening.

Food in designated areas only. (Tables)

If any rule is disputed, the manager will make the final decision.
Notice: Persons who repeatedly violate rules may lose Pool privileges.
What school district?
The Chalet Condominium's are located within the Unit 5 School district. Due to the school district occasionally changing, please contact the school district themselves to assure yourself which school your child would attend.
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are allowed, however there is a two pet limit. The Chalet offers a dog run behind the southwest set of garages, bags to pickup waste within peripheral pet walking areas, along with garbage cans in those respective areas.
